This antique Framme Bros. lard tin features a dark green body with black lettering and a decorative label, though much of the original design has faded over time. The tin has a sturdy wire handle and a matching lid, indicative of early 20th-century packaging used for storing rendered lard. The surface displays areas of oxidation, wear, and light dents, adding to its aged patina.
A rare advertising collectible from Carrollton, Kentucky, this tin would make a great addition to a collection of country store memorabilia or vintage food containers.
