Each set in this impressive lot contains The Official Bicentennial Day Commemorative Medal, a solid sterling silver proof struck in limited edition by The Franklin Mint and certified July 4, 1976 by the Official Bicentennial Day Commission. The medals are housed in handsome black leatherette binders with red velvet interiors, red-white-and-blue ribbon accents, and paired with The Official Bicentennial Declaration of the People of the United States of America booklet bearing the facsimile signature of President Gerald R. Ford. Every set includes its original Certificate of Authenticity signed by Richard C. Bond, Chairman of the Bicentennial Commission of Philadelphia, and Ernest P. Kline, Chairman of the Bicentennial Commission of Pennsylvania. Rounding out the package is the original Franklin Mint collector letter on official letterhead, signed by William F. Krieg, Vice President of Collector Relations, making each set a complete, untouched time capsule from America's 200th birthday celebration.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
