Terms and Conditions
1. All items are sold where is, as is.
2. We will contact you the day after the auction ends with further instruction by email and text.
3. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.
4. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.
5. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all items. This is to recoup credit card fees. Legacy does not profit for this event and all proceeds go to the Coalition for the Homeless.
6. This auction is tax exempt.

Pickup Information
PICKUP TIME Bourbon Mixer event attendees may pick up after the auction closes at 9:30pm on August 20th. Alternate pickup available to those who can't attend the event. We will coordinate after the auction for pickup.
