This is a jaw-dropping piece of Kentucky Wildcats history and bourbon collectible culture rolled into one stunning 1-liter Maker's Mark bottle. Released in 2006 to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the legendary 1965-66 UK Rupp's Runts team, this bottle features illustrated portraits of Pat Riley (42), Tommy Kron (30), Thad Jaracz (55), Larry Conley (40), and Louie Dampier (10), all under the watchful eye of Coach Adolph Rupp himself holding a championship trophy. Numbered 1183 out of only 18,000 produced, this bottle sports a distinctive silver wax seal stamped 2006, a black satin 40th Anniversary ribbon, and was bottled at 45% alc./vol. at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky, with proceeds benefiting the Markey Cancer Foundation at the University of Kentucky. The bottle remains sealed and appears in excellent collectible condition, making it an absolute must-have for UK Wildcats superfans, bourbon collectors, and Pat Riley admirers who love a good origin story.
