This double-heart Leap Year pin is a charming relic from 1932, featuring two gold-tone brass hearts pierced by a Cupid's arrow with the cheeky inscription 'SPEAK THIS LEAP' and 'DEAR IS YEAR' -- a novelty pin celebrating the old tradition of women proposing to men on Leap Year.
