Manufactured by the National Lead Company, this tin prominently displays the iconic Dutch Boy logo, a symbol of quality and trust in the early to mid-20th century. The can is crafted from metal and features a classic rectangular shape with a cap on top for pouring. The front of the tin showcases a striking black and yellow design with the Dutch Boy image and text, emphasizing its contents—boiled linseed oil, renowned for its use as a wood finish and paint binder. The tin shows signs of age and use, including surface rust and wear to the label, which add to its vintage charm and authenticity. This item is perfect for collectors of vintage advertising, tin collectors, or anyone fascinated by industrial art and history.
