Description
Before Tennessee Rye became a permanent fixture on shelves, Jack Daniel’s released this fascinating little rebel into the wild — an Unaged Tennessee Rye “Distiller’s Run” experimental release that feels more like a whiskey lab artifact than an everyday bottle.
This collectible features:
Collectors will especially appreciate the historical significance here. Jack Daniel’s openly describes this as an early exploration into rye whiskey production, noting that rye had “never been the lead grain until now.” In other words, this bottle is basically whiskey history caught mid-experiment.
The clear spirit presentation gives it a moonshine-meets-master-distiller vibe, while the embossed glass and numbered bottle add strong display appeal. It is not every day you run into a Batch 001 release that practically says, “We were trying something crazy down in Lynchburg.”
Please review all photos carefully for bottle condition, labeling, fill level, seal integrity, and overall presentation.
Most importantly, your bids help support the Animal Care Society of Louisville. Legacy Louisville profits zero from this charity auction, so every bid directly helps animals receive shelter, care, medical treatment, and second chances. Bid boldly — somewhere a dog is rooting for you.
Founded in 1984, Animal Care Society (ACS) offers second chances to dogs and cats. ACS speaks for the voiceless and provides better lives to the neglected, abused, senior pets, and pets with medical needs — leading by example in our ongoing work. Animal Care Society is a pillar in the community and remains steadfast in our mission to provide new, safe, and loving homes for animals in need. Legacy Home & Estate Services donates all proceeds to the charities we support. Are you proud to support an auction house that isn't trying to profit off a community and cares about making our community a better place? We are proud of you for supporting our charitable efforts.
