Description

This magnificent cast bronze peacock sculpture is the kind of statement piece that makes guests stop mid-conversation and stare. Standing approximately 12 inches tall with a sweeping tail measuring nearly 20 inches in length, this bird means business. The body showcases a rich two-tone finish where warm golden-brown bronze transitions into a beautiful aged verdigris patina across the tail feathers and lower body, the result of natural oxidation that only adds to its character and charm. Every detail has been rendered with exceptional care, from the delicately pierced tail feathers featuring classic peacock eye motifs, to the finely textured scaled feathering across the body, the articulated taloned feet, and the proud upswept crest atop the head.
