Large hand-painted gray metal hurricane kerosene lantern featuring faded folk art sunflowers and botanical motifs across the glass globe and base, with a wire bail handle and classic vented chimney cap -- well-worn patina and surface rust add undeniable charm to this farmhouse centerpiece. Condition: heavy patina, paint loss, surface rust throughout.
Smaller hand-painted gray metal hurricane kerosene lantern decorated with vivid orange pansies and yellow sunflowers on the globe, matching the larger sibling in style and folk art sensibility -- a wonderful display pair. Condition: heavy patina, paint loss, surface rust throughout.
Tall unpainted galvanized gray metal hurricane lantern with a single wire bail handle and plain aged globe -- the no-frills workhorse of the group, showing deep oxidation and honest barn use. Condition: heavy oxidation and surface rust throughout.
Small hand-painted gray metal hurricane kerosene lantern with sunflower and floral folk art decoration, a vented chimney cap with punched holes, and a wire bail handle -- the petite sibling in the painted set. Condition: heavy patina, paint loss, surface rust throughout.
Large hand-painted gray metal hurricane kerosene lantern with a faded autumn botanical scene -- grasses, leaves, and muted warm tones suggest an earlier or more weathered folk art hand than the sunflower group. Condition: very heavy paint loss, patina, and rust.
Distinctive black-framed rectangular metal barn lantern with a square outer cage, central cylindrical fuel font, and a large wire bail handle -- a notably different form from the standard hurricane style, consistent with a stable or carriage lantern design. An embossed maker mark is visible on the body reading what appears to be a partially legible name. Condition: heavy black oxidation, dust, and grime throughout.
Classic red-painted metal hurricane kerosene lantern with a globed glass chimney protected by crossed wire guards, vented chimney cap with bail handle, and a round fuel fount base stamped with partially legible text that appears to read JUPITER or similar -- a bold pop of barn-red color in the group. Condition: paint wear, surface rust, grime, broken wick mechanism visible inside globe.
White-painted metal hurricane kerosene lantern housed within a square white outer frame bracket -- an unusual cage-style variant suggesting possible marine, stable, or industrial use; paint is heavily chipped revealing rust beneath. Condition: very heavy paint loss, rust, and structural patina throughout.
