The saw comes complete in its original scratched-up but fully intact aluminum metal carrying case, loaded with multiple reciprocating saw blades in various sizes, original registration paperwork, and what appears to be the instruction manual. The tool itself shows honest, heavy use with grime and paint transfer throughout, and importantly, the power cord shows significant wear and cracking near the strain relief at the tool body, which should be inspected and repaired before any use.
