Description

A charming pair of framed natural-history wildlife prints featuring two familiar woodland favorites: lively Red Squirrels and colorful Eastern Bluebirds. With detailed animal studies, botanical elements, and classic scientific labeling, the pair has an inviting vintage field-guide aesthetic.

The larger print is titled “Red Squirrels”, identified as Tamiasciurus hudsonicus and marked Plate No. 27. It depicts a playful group of red squirrels climbing and gathering among tree branches and foliage, with rich natural colors and finely rendered detail.

The companion print is titled “Eastern Bluebird,” identified as Sialia sialis sialis and marked Plate No. IV. Three bluebirds are shown among flowering thistle stems, combining ornithological illustration with an attractive botanical composition.

Both works are presented in complementary dark wood-tone frames, making them an appealing matched pair for a study, den, cabin, sunroom, nature-themed room, or gallery wall. Both framed prints are being sold together as one lot.
