Standing approximately 16 inches tall, this gorgeous Madonna figure is draped in a pearlescent white and ivory robe trimmed in hand-painted gold scrollwork details that catch the light like she means business. She stands atop a pale blue celestial base complete with a serpent underfoot, stars, and cloud motifs that are classic Miraculous Medal iconography done right. The plaster composition is solid and intact, the original paper label remains on the unglazed base, and the paintwork shows only the most dignified signs of age for a piece pushing 60 years old.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
