This is a gorgeous time capsule of a bottle — a vintage 750ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur produced in Denmark by Peter F. Heering of Copenhagen, under licence of assignee of Kahlua S.A., Mexico City, and imported by West Indies Corporation of St. Thomas. The bottle is sealed and appears unopened, with its original red wax capsule, Sello de Garantia neck band, burgundy ribbon, and embossed wax K medallion all fully intact. The striking yellow and brown front label reads 53 Proof and features the classic Moorish arch scene with a sombrero-clad figure resting in the foreground, while the back label — headlined A Bottle Full of Good Ideas — lists four classic cocktail recipes including the Black Russian, Kahlua Cocktail, Brown Cow, and Kahlua Icecream. This particular production run, distributed through the duty-free market of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, places this bottle firmly in the 1970s era, making it a rare and displayable piece of liqueur history.

2. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By bidding, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess alcohol in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment is due immediately upon auction close. Once payment is completed, the ability to schedule a pickup appointment will become available. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required.

4. Pickup is required during the designated pickup window unless prior shipping or delivery arrangements have been approved. Please do not bid if you cannot comply with the pickup schedule.

5. Missed Pickup Fees: A fee of $20 per invoice will be assessed for any invoice not picked up during the scheduled pickup period. If Legacy must remove, transport, or store items, additional fees may apply. Large lots requiring additional labor may be assessed a $50 handling fee.

6. Abandoned Property: Items not picked up within the stated pickup period and without prior arrangements may be deemed abandoned. Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

7. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that all purchased items have been received prior to leaving the pickup location. No adjustments will be made after pickup has concluded.

8. Legacy uses Popcorn (Extended) Bidding. If a bid is placed near the close of a lot, bidding will automatically extend to allow all bidders an opportunity to respond, similar to a live auction environment.

9. A 12% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases.

10. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is on file prior to auction close.

11. Shipping and local delivery may be available on select lots. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, packaging, and carrier charges. Certain alcoholic beverages may be restricted from shipment based on state or federal law.
