Up for auction is a highly collectible vintage 1989 Sony Sports Walkman WM-F73 AM/FM stereo cassette player in iconic utility yellow. Released during Sony's 10th Anniversary celebration of the Walkman line, this Made-in-Japan unit features a heavy-duty water-resistant design, Auto Reverse playback, AM/FM tuner, and Dolby B Noise Reduction. Complete vintage sets with original packaging and matching original accessories are exceedingly rare to find in working condition.

This unit has been recently fitted with new batteries, powered on, and basic operational functions (radio tuner, tape motor movement, and audio output) appear to be working properly. The cosmetic condition of the Walkman itself is exceptionally clean with vibrant original yellow plastic, crisp graphics, and clean battery contacts.

Included in this listing is the original WM-F73 Walkman unit, the original matching yellow Sony MDR-A15 folding headband stereo headphones, and the original factory retail box featuring the 10th Anniversary logo. 6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
