This package includes 12 guest passes to the Churchill Downs Turf Club! Winner will email owner of guest passes and passes will be distributed via email. Must be used by 12/31/2025. This package may be used anytime during the 2025 racing season based on availability and with the exceptions of: Derby Week (Opening Night - Thurby), Oaks and Derby Days, Mother’s Day, Preakness Day, Belmont Day, Father's Day, All Night Racing Dates; Breeders’ Cup days and Thanksgiving weekend.  

The Turf Club is an exclusive club at Churchill Downs Racetrack for members and their guests only, offering premium amenities including dining and excellent views of the racecourses here at our iconic venue. The Turf Club is located on the third floor of the clubhouse at the finish line. A recent renovation has provided luxurious furnishings and established the Turf Club as the premier membership in Thoroughbred racing.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pickup at the event or schedule a pickup time by emailing HSimmons@mattinglyedge.org

3. Shipping is available.  We will drop off with Fragile Pack and they will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
