Microwave is being offered as a donated appliance from Chenoweth Appliances. Please review all photographs and documentation carefully for exact model, specifications and included components. Pickup is noted on the donation paperwork as being at Chenoweth Appliances. Buyer is responsible for confirming installation requirements and compatibility with their space. All items are sold as-is, where-is.

2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
