Forget waiting in line at the mall. This time, Santa comes to you.

The centerpiece of this wonderfully festive Christmas package is a personal home visit from Santa. Gather the kids, straighten the stockings, and prepare for the kind of Christmas memory that will probably be discussed long after anyone remembers what was actually under the tree.

Santa’s home visit may include one or two families and must take place on a weeknight between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2026. The winning bidder should schedule by October 2, 2026 to help ensure a Christmas booking. The visit is subject to Santa’s availability and expires in December 2026.

And because no Christmas celebration should operate on memories alone, Plehn’s Bakery is providing an 8-inch decorated cake, valued at $40. Plehn’s has been a Louisville-area favorite for generations, making this a particularly sweet addition to the festivities.

You’ll also receive a bright red “Believe” sweatshirt in size Large, along with a Santa-themed accessory.

All items are sold “as-is, where-is.”

QUICK TERMS

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photographs carefully.
10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
