This vintage Mirro-Matic aluminum pressure cooker is the old-school heavyweight of the pair, featuring the classic domed lid with a removable pressure regulator weight, long black Bakelite-style handles with the signature locking clamp mechanism, and a matching perforated steamer trivet insert.
