1977 Chevrolet Nova

The 1977 Chevrolet Nova was part of the fifth generation (1975-1979) of the Nova lineup. It was a compact car available in multiple trims, including the base model, Concours (a more luxurious version), and the sporty Rally model replacing the SS badged Nova's from prior years.

Off the factory line in Willow Run, Michigan, the car remains equipped with the 250 L6 motor. A 3 speed automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels only. Original paint color would have been Light Red according to the Cowl Tag.

The exterior is now finished in Orange where the paint match and flow proves inconsistent color and paint texture variations. Mostly consistent body gap lines are proven. Front and rear bumper chrome properties are in good condition and

The interior stations a non original four spoke steering wheel. The steering column, dashboard gauges and trim pieces all appear to be in good condition overall. The dashboard shows minor cracking and splits in some areas. The black cloth front and back seats are in overall good condition with minor evidence of wear in some places.

Vehicle was titled to current owner in September of 2022 although owner stated it has been owned for nearly 20 years. Owner states vehicle starts, runs and drives and requires no mechanical repair to make operable. A battery charge and fluid top off will be required.

Undercarriage frame rails are steel constructed with normal wear throughout. Evidence of undercoating at one point has been applied.

Four matching P215/70R15 Fuzion Touring tires are mounted to aftermarket Cragar Super Sport 5 spoke wheels. Tire date codes reveal the 09% week of 2012. Tread appears to be even and tread depth is good, yet deterioration from within the tires from sitting is likely and should be driven cautiously at higher speeds.

All glass is present transmitting light with no evidence of light diffusion due to discoloration, fractures, cracks or chips.

The Data Tag is present and is assumed to be correct to this car. No Carfax is available due to age. The classic car market fluctuates based on collector demand, economic factors, and generational interest. Total consideration given to vehicle class, mileage, equipment, damage amount, historic depreciation factors, demographics, rarity, year model, previous owners, previous damage, modifications, CarFax indicators (if reported) and market day supply.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, the ability to schedule a pick-up time will become available. Scheduling a pick-up time will be coordinated with our team.

3. There will be a $20 fee assessed per item not picked up at that time that will be collected prior to bidding again at our auctions. Unlike retail, we do not have the option to store your item. If the item is larger than a standard suitcase (22" x 14" x 10"), we will charge $50 to the card on file per item to move the item.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". Do not bid if you cant pick up this day.

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 12% flat buyers premium on all items.

8. We charge KY State Tax with the exception of vehicles which is collected at the DMV.

9. You must bring help to pickup any items. We can recommend movers upon request. Also, please bring tools for items that require disassembly.
