Description

This statuesque vintage table lamp stands approximately 35 inches tall and commands attention with its gorgeous frosted satin glass body adorned with hand-painted gold floral and scrollwork detailing that wraps elegantly around the globe. The lamp rests on a substantial square cast metal base finished in aged pewter or dark brass, featuring embossed acanthus leaf banding along the lower rim that whispers of neoclassical refinement. A matching patinated brass column connects the decorative glass element to the base, and the whole ensemble is topped with a large drum-style fabric shade in a warm cream tone that diffuses light beautifully. Measuring right around 35 inches to the top of the shade, this lamp has a CFL bulb currently installed and appears to be in good working condition with age-appropriate patina on the metal hardware throughout.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
