The ladder appears to be in used but functional condition with the extension hardware, locking dogs, and rope pulleys still intact and visible. A caution label on the rail clearly reads THIS LADDER SECTION IS NOT DESIGNED FOR SEPARATE USE, confirming this is a two-section extension ladder being sold as a complete unit. 6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
