The $1,000 deposit is applied toward trophy fees incurred during the safari and is not included in the auction bid.

Additional expenses not specifically included in the package, such as airfare, trophy fees exceeding applicable credits and deposits, trophy shipping, taxidermy, travel documentation, optional upgrades, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

3. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM OR SALES TAX: There is no buyer's premium (0%) and no sales tax (0%) charged through this charity auction. The winning bid represents the auction purchase price. Any additional travel expenses, taxes, or fees not included in the trip package are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
4. TRAVEL DETAILS & RESTRICTIONS: The winning bidder is responsible for reviewing all travel terms, available dates, accommodations, expiration dates, exclusions, and booking requirements. Additional expenses may apply.
