Your four-night stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront fisherman's cottage located in South Andros, Bahamas, is just a short flight from Nassau.  Popularized by the hit HGTV show, Renovation Island, Andros offers an authentic Bahamian experience away from crowds and tourists.  Walk out your front door to swim in the ocean, kayak, snorkel at the third largest barrier reef in the world and experience some of the world's best fishing - fly fishing for bonefish, reef fishing, trolling for marlin and deep water drop casting for snapper.  

Details for your stay:

• Accommodations: Two bedrooms sleep 4-6 people comfortably depending on your group. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and bedroom #2 has a queen bed and two twin bunk beds.
• Dining: There are several restaurants on Andros, including those at Caerula Mar, the only resort on the island and subject of the HGTV show, Renovation Island.
• Transportation: Available with the house is a 2009 Toyota Passo that seats four people. Rental cars and a taxi service are also options.
• Amenities: Two bikes and two kayaks available for your use come with the house. A washer/dryer is also available for your use.
• Food shopping: There is a grocery store within walking distance.

Terms and Conditions

1. All items are sold where is, as is.

2. Once payment is completed for item(s) won, you can pick up at the event. If you are not attending the event, an email will be sent to you by the nonprofit to arrange a pickup time. 

3. Shipping is available.  The organization will contact you for payment to ship your winnings.

4. Please plan accordingly as items not picked up are considered "abandoned". 

5. You are responsible for ensuring you collect all items at pickup.

6. Legacy uses "Popcorn" or "Extended" bidding. This means if a bid comes in at the last second, it is extended 3 minutes. This is like a live auctioneer saying, "going once" to ensure all bids are exhausted prior to closing.

7. We charge a 5% flat buyers premium on all charity items to cover our credit card and admin fees.

8. We do not collect tax for charity auctions.

9. Legacy supports many charity auctions.  Our goal is to generate funds for the charity.  We do not earn any money for the charities we support.
