The butcher-block-style tabletop shows honest use including surface scratches, scuff marks, paint specks, and finish wear at the corners and edges, all clearly photographed and disclosed. Six matching Windsor-style side chairs (model P1204BV, ash wood seats, Made in Malaysia) feature the same two-tone treatment: black turned legs and hoop backs with a decorative wavy splat center rail and cherry-stained saddle seats. The chairs show light wear including scuffs on the black hoop tops and minor marks on the seats, but all remain sturdy and structurally sound with cross-stretcher bases intact.

Located in a walkout basement. Buyer must bring sufficient help and the appropriate tools needed to safely disassemble and remove the item. Please plan accordingly.
