This magnificent antique Singer treadle sewing machine is a showstopper straight out of the Victorian era, boasting a stunning black japanned finish lavishly decorated with ornate gold Egyptian Revival decals and the proud script of The Singer Manufacturing Co. The quartersawn oak cabinet is a beauty in its own right, featuring six dovetailed drawers with turned wood knobs, fold-out extension leaves with original brass hinges, and a drop-in machine bay that lets the head tuck away like royalty retiring for the evening. The ornate cast iron treadle base retains its Singer lettering, scrollwork side panels, and original foot pedal, while the belt-driven flywheel still wears its aged patina with dignity. The drawers are a time capsule treasure trove, packed with original sewing accessories including bobbins, presser feet, attachments, thread, buttons, needles, fabric scraps, a seam gauge, and what appears to be original Singer paperwork, making this a true collector-grade find that is ready to display and possibly still ready to sew.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
