Description

This vibrant original watercolor painting depicts a lively European street scene bursting with color, featuring a yellow hotel or cafe facade adorned with blue shutters, international flags, ornate columns, lush greenery, and a lone figure seated at a white-clothed table flanked by bold green urns. The artist's signature reads V.S. Ferguson in the lower right corner, lending this piece a personal and collectible authenticity that print lovers simply cannot replicate. Framed in a handsome gold gilt wood frame with white double mat and glass glazing, the overall framed dimensions measure approximately 36 inches wide by 46 inches tall, making this a commanding statement piece for any wall. The backing paper shows wear and a hole consistent with age and hanging history, but the artwork itself presents beautifully with rich, luminous color throughout.
