PayPal, Credit CardThe Old Louisville Whiskey Company was founded by Amine and Beth Karaoud, who started the brand after they sold several properties in the Old Louisville neighborhood, including Red Castle Liquors, to fund the project.
Amine is very highly respected by bourbon aficionados and allowed the Bourbon Brotherhood to select a barrel in 2023.
One barrel of bourbon stood out among all the rest. This barrel has a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley and was aged for 7 years. This bourbon was then finished for 14 months in a toasted French oak barrel.
Presented at barrel strength of 121.8 proof, uncut and unfiltered. Bottle comes in a beautiful embroidered black velvet bag. This is a spectacular bottle to have!

louhomeless.org
OUR MISSION
Because housing is a human right, our mission is to prevent and end homelessness in Louisville through advocacy, education, and the coordination of our member agencies.
OUR VISION
We envision a Louisville where everyone thrives because each individual and family has a safe, affordable, quality place to call home: a Louisville where no one has to live or die on our streets.
OUR WORK
Since we were formed in 1986, we have been a collaborative force to support agencies and people facing homelessness. Today, we have over 40 member agencies who provide shelter, housing, healthcare, food, outreach, and more. Our job is to educate the public about the face of homelessness; advocate for change; and coordinate the work of our partners by filling gaps in services and leveraging resources.
