Each stand includes its own safety chain and locking pin mechanism to keep the post locked at your desired height, a critical safety feature that no serious DIY mechanic should be without.

The stands show honest signs of a working life well lived, with worn paint, surface rust, and the kind of patina that tells you these have actually been under real vehicles. One of the safety pins chains is broke, but is still functional.

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal, or handling fees may apply.

4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.

9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photos carefully.

10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
