The group includes a large divided serving platter, rectangular handled tray, Kentucky Derby mug, coordinating cup, and a pair of brown Kentucky-shaped coasters. The large platter features three upper compartments decorated with racing icons and a generous lower section emblazoned with “Kentucky Derby.” The smaller tray sports a green lattice background with horseshoes, roses and a racehorse centerpiece. The mug and cup carry the theme right down to the finish line.

3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photographs carefully.
10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
