Carved from beautifully grained walnut wood with that unmistakable sleek, aerodynamic silhouette and signature wire legs, this bird has been perching on the shelves of design lovers since Charles and Ray first brought it home to their Pacific Palisades Case Study House decades ago. The walnut grain swirls dramatically across the body, giving this particular example a lively, almost painterly quality that makes it genuinely one-of-a-kind, and the condition throughout appears excellent with no chips, cracks, or damage visible. 4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated, or disposed of without refund.

5. WE ARE NOT MOVERS: Bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and transportation. Loading assistance may be available for an additional fee.

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 12% Buyer’s Premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.

8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by 3 minutes until bidding stops.
