First up is a heavy steel vintage yellow and black STOP sign dripping with age and character, showing serious surface rust, paint loss, and that gorgeous patina only decades of road duty can produce. Two mounting holes are visible, and the bold black lettering still commands attention despite the war wounds this beauty has earned. Yellow stop signs predate the standardized red signs and are a genuinely rare find for traffic sign collectors and Americana enthusiasts alike. This one is pure nostalgia in octagonal form.

The second yellow and black STOP sign is a slightly newer example in considerably better structural condition, featuring its original mounting bracket still attached to the reverse side. The front face has been absolutely plastered with a wild assortment of vintage stickers including footprint graphics, a Liberty and Union flag sticker, Don't Waste Gasoline and Don't Waste Natural Gas conservation stickers, an Ice Maker sticker, Don't Waste Time clock stickers, a No Standing Sitting Looking Talking sticker, red Bigfoot footprint stickers, and what appears to be a Hawaii state flag sticker among others. The back shows a clean white painted surface with a vertical metal mounting bracket, suggesting this sign saw actual pole use before its colorful retirement.
