The basket includes 10 movie passes to Xscape Theatres, two $50 Blind Squirrel gift cards, a $50 Muth’s Candies gift card and a $50 Popcorn Station gift card. Assorted movie-theater treats are tucked inside, including Raisinets, Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter microwave popcorn and additional boxed candy.

Please note that the Xscape passes are not valid for special attractions, 3D presentations or Xtreme Xscape presentations. Film-company restrictions may also apply for approximately one to four weeks following a film’s release at a particular theater. Xscape recommends contacting the theater before visiting to confirm that the passes are valid for the selected film.

1. AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.
2. PAYMENT & PICKUP REQUIRED: Payment is due at auction close. Scheduling a pickup appointment is required before collecting items.
3. MISSED PICKUPS: Failure to pick up during the designated pickup period will result in a $20 fee per item. Additional labor, transportation, storage, delivery, disposal or handling fees may apply.
4. ABANDONED ITEMS: Items not picked up without prior Auctioneer approval may be considered abandoned and resold, donated or disposed of without refund.
5. FEAT OF LOUISVILLE: Legacy Home & Estate Services donates 100% of all proceeds to FEAT of Louisville. We also do not charge charities, as our goal is to make our community better.
6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX: A 5% Buyer’s Premium applies to cover our costs, including hosting and credit-card processing. We charge 0% sales tax for this charity auction.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Available on select items for an additional fee. See auction details.
8. EXTENDED BIDDING: Bids placed near closing automatically extend the lot by three minutes until bidding stops.
9. AI-ENHANCED PHOTOS: Primary images may be enhanced for visibility and readability. Items themselves are not altered. Review all photographs carefully.
10. AUCTIONEER APPROVAL: Any exception to these terms must be approved in advance by the Auctioneer.
