4. A 5% buyer’s premium is applied to cover credit card costs.
5. Buyers are responsible for collecting all items at pickup.
6. Legacy uses “Popcorn”/“Extended” bidding—last-second bids extend the auction to ensure full opportunity.
7. Legacy Home & Estate Services donates all proceeds they obtain to the Coalition for the Homeless.
