Description

This lighted resin beauty is the Thomas Kinkade 'Village Christmas Station' from Hawthorne Village, copyright 2001, sculpture number C6145, authorized by the Painter of Light himself. The piece features a sprawling red train depot with a clock tower, baggage room, ticket window, colorful Christmas light bulb details, snow-dusted evergreen trees, and a wooden platform base. It runs on a maximum 7.5 watts and lights up from within for that signature Kinkade warm glow. Condition shows typical shelf wear on the back and base, but the front display face is charming and intact.

The second stunner is the Department 56 Dickens Series 'Coffee House' from 1986, one of the earliest and most sought-after pieces in the beloved Dickens Village lineup. The front facade reads 'Thomas Kersey Coffee-House' with warm orange window glow, a Christmas wreath on the door, and a red chimney pot on top. The reverse side reveals gorgeous Tudor half-timbering, stone masonry detail, and a small side lean-to addition. The bottom is marked clearly 'Coffee House, Dicken's Series 1986, Dept 56' and the piece is made in Taiwan, plugs in via a corded light, and still illuminates beautifully.
