What happens if I don’t pick up?

Please make every effort to attend our posted pick-up times. Due to a project’s constraints, we may not be able to hold items or offer different pick-up times. If you are unable to attend a pick-up day, please contact us as soon as possible to see if there are other options available. Or email us at contact@legacylouisville.com. If there has not been communication prior to a pick-up day, we will consider the item abandoned and cannot guarantee that you will receive the item. Payment for the item is still expected even if it was not picked up as all bids are final and expected to be paid in full.
