Home Updates - Legacy keeps contractors on staff to help expedite the home update process prior to listing. We do as much or as little as you wish to budget.

Real Estate Services - We list houses on Legacy Home Realtors, our brokerage. Our realtors use MLS to ensure the highest visibility for your property.

Donation - We work with area charities to ensure we repurpose as much as possible.

Haul Away - We partner with Big Wally’s Hauling and Junk Removal if there is excess trash, which might happen over a lifetime.

Deep Cleaning - Our deep cleaning service really brings out the best in a home prior to photography. It truly increases the value of the home.

Photography - We cover the photography for the listing.

Staging - Many folks don’t have an eye for what is possible, so we have staging furniture that we use that is a fraction of what others charge.  We can also digitally staging for online viewing.

Organization - We go through everything in the home and any documents, photos, monogrammed or personal items are saved for the family to sort.
