This pair of hand-colored lithograph prints depicts two notable early New York City landmarks as documented in D.T. Valentine’s Manual. The first, “Grocery & Tea Store, Corner of Spring & Crosby St., NY 1826,” shows the Charles Dusenberry establishment with detailed street activity and early 19th-century architecture. The second print, “Fort Fish on the Northside of Central Park,” highlights the remains of Washington’s Headquarters and the adjacent blacksmith shop, presented as the landscape appeared prior to Central Park’s full development. Both pieces are framed uniformly in gold-tone frames and offer a strong historical and decorative appeal for early-American or New York-themed collections.
