Description

Cobalt Blue Swung Bud Vase -- This elegant hand-blown cobalt blue bud vase stands approximately 9 inches tall with a graceful long neck, round bulbous base, and a ruffled fluted rim that gives it that signature mid-century swung glass charm. The opaque-to-translucent cobalt glass features subtle ribbing throughout and shows a clean, unmarked base. A classic stunner that looks like it belonged on every stylish grandma's windowsill for very good reason.

Amber Art Glass Ashtray or Catch-All Dish -- This chunky, free-form amber glass dish measures approximately 6 to 7 inches across and features a gorgeous organic kidney or clover shape with thick, heavily textured edges that shift from bright honey amber to deep tortoiseshell brown. The interior bowl is smooth and polished while the exterior shows wonderful mold texture and trapped bubbles consistent with hand-finished art glass. Whether it held cigarettes or car keys, it holds your attention now.

Amber Glass Barrel Mug Shot Glass -- Shaped like a miniature wooden barrel complete with raised stave and band detailing, this little amber pressed glass mug is a charmer at roughly 2 to 3 inches tall. The textured bark-like surface gives it wonderful tactile character and the proportional handle is perfectly formed. A fun novelty piece likely from the mid-20th century novelty or souvenir glass tradition.

Blue Art Glass Bird Figurine -- Standing just under 3 inches tall, this vivid sky-blue solid glass bird figurine is a bold little paperweight-style piece with a smooth, rounded body, stylized beak, and a slightly open mouth detail. The base is flat and unembossed, and the glass has that deep saturated electric blue typical of quality pressed art glass collectibles. Possibly Blenko or a similar American studio glass tradition.

Telephone Pioneers of America Blue Glass Bell Candy Dish (x2) -- Two matching aqua-blue pressed glass bells embossed with the text TELEPHONE PIONEERS OF AMERICA around the lower skirt, standing approximately 3 inches tall with a decorative finial top. These are classic commemorative pieces produced for the Telephone Pioneers of America organization and are highly collectible among telephone history and glass enthusiasts alike. Both bells are in excellent condition with crisp embossing and rich translucent blue color.

Aqua Green Glass Telegraph or Telephone Line Insulator No. 40 -- A genuine antique aqua green glass telegraph or telephone line insulator marked No. 40 on its base skirt with a beaded lower rim and classic double-groove dome profile. Standing approximately 4 inches tall, this workhorse of American communication history was once mounted atop a wooden pole carrying the nation's messages. The glass shows the characteristic swirls, bubbles, and patina of authentic period production, making it a true piece of Americana.
